WHAT ARE WE SOLVING?
The first step in our solution journey is addressing inefficiencies in the scheduling process. In the U.S., 20-30% of medical appointments are disrupted due to scheduling issues, costing providers around $150 billion annually. Healthshore Solutions streamlines scheduling to reclaim valuable time, enabling doctors to potentially save thousands of lives each year. Our approach unfolds in two powerful phases:
Establish a Baseline
Phase 1 will be dedicated to capturing detailed scheduling data, identifying pain points, and generating insights on patient behavior, appointment trends, and operational bottlenecks.
Data-Driven Transformation
In phase 2, we will convert collected data into structured, HIPAA-compliant datasets, using AI to enhance scheduling efficiency and predict patient trends.
SERVICES
The Journey starts with Scheduling
At Healthshore, we know that an effective revenue cycle begins with a well-coordinated patient scheduling process and extends through to successful payment collection. Based in the Dominican Republic, our team works a standard 44-hour week, giving you an advantage in productivity and availability over typical 40-hour schedules.
Starting with a strong focus on scheduling, we set ambitious goals to optimize each stage of your revenue cycle, reducing administrative burdens and enhancing financial outcomes:

Appointment Scheduling Accuracy Rate
-
Goal: 99% accuracy in all scheduling details.
-
Why It Matters: Accurate scheduling prevents errors, reduces rework, and minimizes disruptions to patient care, ensuring a smooth process for both patients and providers

First-Call Resolution (FCR) for Scheduling Requests
-
Goal: 85-90% of scheduling inquiries resolved on the first call.
-
Why It Matters: High FCR in scheduling improves efficiency, enhances patient satisfaction, and decreases the need for follow-up calls, optimizing the overall workflow.

No Show Reduction
-
Goal: Reduce no-show rates by at least 15% through reminders, confirmations, and follow-up.
-
Why It Matters: Reducing no-shows improves provider utilization and maximizes revenue, while ensuring that patients receive timely care.
